The RC1 support team also offers one on one training in the use of RC1. Registry Connection offers this service to our clients to help out in the process of a new hire. Refresher training sessions are also available for existing staff. If any questions in regards to RC1 arise, reliable answers and help are just a phone call away.

In addition to answering any questions that our clients may have about RC1, the Registry Connection support team also plays an active roll in backing up and archiving our clients’ data on a daily basis. At Registry Connection, we take a proactive approach to all of our clients’ needs and wants. One approach that we use to accomplish this is the “Evolution” program. This means that if one of our clients has a great idea we can build that idea into the latest version of RC1 at no additional cost. Such requests can be made through our support team.
